Scott Switzer
President & Chief Executive Officer

Scott Switzer was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors of Costar Technologies, Inc. on June 2, 2022. Mr. Switzer has been serving as the Company’s Interim President and CEO since April 2020. He held the position of Chief Operating Officer beginning in 2018, while retaining his earlier responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the company, to which he was first named in 2011. Beginning his career with the company in 2001, Mr. Switzer became controller in 2008 after previously holding the same assignment for Costar Video Systems, LLC. Prior to joining the company, he served as a consultant with Accenture. Mr. Switzer holds a BBA from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.

Sarah Ryder
Chief Financial Officer

Sarah Ryder was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Costar Technologies, Inc. in May, 2020 after previously serving as Corporate Controller beginning in September of 2015. Ms. Ryder's prior career includes operational and financial experience gained as Risk and Advisory Services Manager at CBIZ where she was responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing staff performance, defining & delivering business solutions, and providing both Sarbanes-Oxley assistance and Internal Audit outsourcing solutions. Ms. Ryder previously served as Senior Internal Auditor for Cricket Communications and earlier as Audit & Consulting Supervisor for McGladrey. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS, Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Devin Benjamin
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Innotech Security

Devin Benjamin joined Costar Technologies, Inc. through the acquisition of Innotech Security Systems, a leading security and surveillance equipment manufacturing company. Mr. Benjamin cofounded Innotech with Moshe Luski in 2006, serving as CEO. Earlier from 2005 to 2006, he was President of Mace Security where Mr. Benjamin was instrumental in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. His previous career included the founding of Securetek in 1997 where Mr. Benjamin also held the role of President and CEO until 2005.

Moshe Luski
Senior Vice President, Engineering, Innotech Security

Moshe Luski joined Costar Technologies, Inc. through its acquisition of Innotech Security Systems, Inc., a leading security and surveillance equipment manufacturing company. Mr. Luski cofounded Innotech with Devin Benjamin in 2006, serving as VP of Engineering. A true innovator in surveillance equipment design, Mr. Luski was responsible for Innotech's product design, development, and operations.  From 2002 through 2006, he was  COO of the Mace Security Division, and earlier Mr. Luski was a cofounder of Microtech as VP of Engineering, with responsibility for all operations, technical support, product design, and engineering.
